William may be as posh as truffles, but don't let that fool you, his down
to earth nature is reflected in the Hispanic "drop-in" style of Casita. Having spent nine years in Madrid and a further two 2 in South America, Will is a
firm fan of all things Latin, (hence Casita's fine selection of tequila, cachaca and rum). 

Will has spent many years running restaurants and tending bars, including Isis and Sandanista in Leeds and Chair in Notting Hill, but when this unique space in Hoxton came up for grabs he couldn't pass on creating the perfect neighbourhood bar, with a Latin twist.

So if you don't know your Agave from your Anejo, your Blanca from your Velha, or your Agricole from your Cachaca, don't worry; Will can recommend the perfect flavour or introduce you to a new way of drinking an old favourite.
